Thai fishcakes – homemade fishcakes served with slad and chilli dipping sauce
Halloumi salad – seared halloumi, sun dried tomatoes, olives and avocado salad
Smoked Salmon salad – smoked salmon and avocado salad
Crispy aromatic duck salad – with beansprout, spring onion, cucumber and hoisin sauce

 


BIGGER BITES

Risotto bowl - vegetarian with caramelized red onion and fennel, parmesan, lemon, parsley sauce base,
topped with garlic mushrooms
topped with seared seafood (king prawn, mussel, squid and queen scallop)
Ham egg & chips – Wiltshire ham, two free range eggs and chips
Bangers n Mash – Cumberland sausages, on mustard mash with red wine and onion gravy
Lamb Shank – Slow braised with red wine and rosemary, served with mash
BBQ Ribs – Half rack with fries, onion rings and home made slaw
Dukes Grill – Lamb Chop, rump steak, AA burger Cumberland sausage, fries, egg, tomato, mushrooms and onion rings
