Welcome to the Iron Duke Hotel and
Pub. Built in 1828, the
Iron Duke is proud to be the oldest running hotel in the Brunswick Area.
Brunswick Town (as this neighbourhood is called) is one of the most
historically preserved Georgian planned communities in the South of
England, and arguably the nicest neighbourhood in the Brighton/Hove
area.
The Iron Duke bar
areas were freshly remodelled in 2006 with all the rooms renovated in
2004. Overnight stays include an English breakfast. A full menu
selection for lunch and dinner is offered during most pub hours.
Non-smoking rooms are available, and the pub itself has Sky-TV on a 42"
plasma television for true-quality game enjoyment!
The best part of
the Iron Duke is however, its location. Just moments from the beach, the
blue skies and sea air offer a gentle breeze from the moment you step
